The Engineering department oversees township infrastructure projects such as drainage, road improvements, storm water management, dams and traffic signal improvements. In addition the office provides planning and technical oversight to the maintenance and improvements to various Township facilities.
The Engineering Department provides technical assistance to the Planning Board and Board of Adjustment regarding applications submitted. The office prepares cost estimates and assists in preparing developer's agreements of approved subdivisions, site plans and general development projects upon approval by the Board, Engineering inspects the civil construction.
The Engineering Department processes drainage questions and complaints. Also, we provide plan review and inspection for construction permits that include land development.
