We are excited to welcome our new yoga instructor, Margaret Clark, who will be teaching a "fusion-style" class that will include components of stretching, breathing, yoga and core work geared to the adult population. The classes will focus on gentle stretching with basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. Exercises will be done to relaxing background music, with attention given to reducing stress. Information on the many aspects of a healthy lifestyle will be incorporated into each class.
The Level One class will focus on basic movements and will be done primarily seated.
Level Two will include aspects of Level One, in addition to gentle movements and postures performed while standing.
