On Monday, Governor Murphy announced that New Jersey will be easing restrictions on outdoor gatherings and indoor catered events. Along with outdoor venues, the capacity limit will increase from 30% for venues with 2,500 fixed seats or more or 50% with outdoor venues with 1,000 fixed seats. Indoor gathering events will have the capacity expanded to a 50% maximum capacity limit or 250 people, whichever is less.
